The short version. If the workbook isn't useful to you, email support@iaorana.ai within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to explain why, and you can keep the file.
Email support@iaorana.ai from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number from the receipt. That's all we need. There's no form to fill in and nothing to send back.
We process refunds within two business days of receiving your email. Once we do, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually takes another three to ten business days to post it, and that part is outside our control.
Payments for this workbook are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and the merchant of record for the sale. That means the refund is issued through them, and their name may appear alongside ours on your statement and in the refund notice. You don't need to contact them yourself. Email us and we'll take care of it.
The 30-day window is a guarantee, not a limit. If something's gone wrong outside it, whether that is a file you can't open, a charge you don't recognize, or anything that doesn't look right, email us anyway. We would rather sort it out than have you dispute a charge with your bank.
If you never received the file. Check your spam folder first, because delivery emails often land there. If it still isn't there, email support@iaorana.ai and we'll send the workbook to you directly. That's a delivery problem, not a refund, and we'll fix it the same day.
