Terms

Effective August 30, 2026 · Applies to purchases made at checkup.iaorana.ai

These terms cover the purchase and use of Where Will My Assets Go? Personal Asset Transfer Checkup, published by IaOrana LLC and sold at checkup.iaorana.ai. Buying the workbook means you agree to them.

What you're buying

An 11-page PDF workbook, delivered to your email address after checkout. It is yours to keep, print, and fill in. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel.

What you may do with it

What you may not do with it

Copyright in the workbook stays with IaOrana LLC.

This is not legal, tax, or financial advice. The workbook is an educational organizing tool. It helps you record what you own and how each asset is currently set up, and it flags things you may want to verify. It does not create a will, a trust, or any other legal document; it does not create an attorney–client or advisory relationship; and it cannot determine what will legally happen to any asset you own. Rules vary by state and change over time. For guidance on your own situation, consult a qualified attorney, CPA, or financial professional.

Payment and delivery

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and the merchant of record for the sale. Their buyer terms also apply to the transaction itself. Applicable sales tax or VAT is included in the price shown. The workbook is emailed to you immediately after checkout.

Refunds

Full refund within 30 days, no explanation needed. See the refund policy.

Availability and changes

We may update the workbook, change its price, or stop selling it. Changes don't affect a copy you've already bought. The file you received is yours. If we revise these terms, the effective date at the top changes, and the revised version applies to purchases made after it.

Limits

The workbook is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, IaOrana LLC's total liability arising from your purchase or use of it is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited under the law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
